Cancellation Policy

Payment Information, Cancellations and Refunds Please make payments to Quantum Healing Discoveries on Bookings Tab. Refund Policy for QHHT: When we book an appointment for a client, that day is dedicated for that particular client. No other QHHT clients will be seen. Since it takes several days for a client to prepare for a session, a cancellation that is made within 7 days before the scheduled appointment generally does not allow for adequate time to schedule another client. While it is rare that anyone cancels their QHHT session, we do have a cancellation policy; which is as follows: If a client needs to cancel their appointment for any reason, at any time after booking the appointment and paying the deposit of $111 (spiritual significance of 111is spiritual enlightenment and self-awareness); the deposit is not refundable. Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled session. If the client cancels the appointment within 7 days before the appointment, then the entire session fee of $500 is not refundable. However, if the cancellation is made by the client more than 8 or more days prior to the scheduled appointment, then the balance of $389 will be refunded. If a client needs to reschedule their appointment 8 or more days before their originally scheduled appointment, the $111 deposit can be used for the new appointment. However, if the rescheduling request is made during the 7 days prior to the originally scheduled appointment, then the $111 deposit is neither refundable nor transferable. After I refund any money that is owed in accordance with this policy, I will send you an email confirmation. Please respond immediately via return email upon receiving the refund so I will know you received it.
